Morden Little League

 Born between 1st Sept 2010 & 31st August 2018

The objective of Morden Little League is to provide organised football for those boys/girls who do not enjoy that benefit elsewhere and is completely free of charge. The facilities are envied by many youth and adult Leagues, with the free provision of kit, qualified Match Officials, and excellent pitches and dressing rooms. All the boys/girls need is a pair of boots and shin pads! Once involved, and regardless of ability, all boys/girls are guaranteed half a game until they ‘retire’ when aged 14 and the player selection system tries to ensure that all teams in each section are of equal standard. If we are unable to place any applicant during the season, we will hold his/her details on our database and they will then remain on our waiting list until a place becomes available. Applications for each age group will be dealt with in strict date order.

Morden Youth League

Born between 1st Sept 2009 & 31st August 2010

The Morden Youth League is for U14 and U15 boys. We will continue to play under the Little League ethos with 11aside football, with independent referees on the full size adults pitch.  We want the boys to begin to take responsibility for themselves in this section to equip them for playing in adult teams in the future so you will notice a few changes to the arrangements from the Little League sections.  The league continues to provide kit (shirts are returned at the end of the season), qualified Match Officials, and a full size adult pitch, however parents are not required to undertake café duty in this section. We do ask for a registration fee of £50 from each player, but if this presents a difficulty please do get in touch. All the boys need is a pair of boots and shin pads! Once involved, and regardless of ability, all boys are guaranteed half a game, the player selection system tries to ensure that all teams in each section are of equal standard. If we are unable to place any applicant prior to the season starting, we will hold his details on our database and they will then remain on our waiting list until a place becomes available. Applications will be dealt with in strict date order.
